Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment well prepared and before your treatment time to get the most out of your time with us.  We ask that you arrive at least 10mins prior to your appointment time in order to have time for consultation and to get changed. If your treatment is eligible for use of the spa facilities and you would like to avail of this, please ensure you bring along appropriate swimwear, flip flops for the wet areas and any toiletries you may require for the shower areas.

We are happy to provide you with:

• Towel
• Disposable slippers for the dry areas

Yes of course, we are proud to work alongside Cafe IncredABLE @ South Lake to be able to offer afternoon tea at a preferential rate to our clients. This will be served either before or after your treatment and served in Cafe IncredABLE on the ground floor of South Lake Leisure Centre.  If you would like to add this on to your booking, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment time along with any allergies & dietary requirements you may have.  This is subject to opening times.

– Online: when completing your booking simply enter your gift card code as a method of payment, if the gift card is in the purchaser’s name, please secure your booking with a valid credit or debit card and write the gift voucher code into the “notes” section. 
– Phone: please provide your gift voucher code at the time of booking.

Per our policy, we require an active card to be held on account. No fee will be taken at the time of booking. For all bookings that exceed the value of £50, please note that 50% of the total treatment amount will be taken 48 hours prior to the appointment time from the card provided.  If a situation arises where payment fails due to insufficient funds, we have a 24-hour period of grace where this will be attempted again. If payment fails due to insufficient funds on the second try 24 hours after the initial attempt, the booking will be cancelled.  If you need to cancel, adjust or move your booking, we will require 24 hours’ notice to do so, otherwise a charge of 50% will be incurred to cover costs. This will result in the loss of any pre-payment made for said booking.  If a no-show arises, 100% of the treatment cost will be chargeable. These charges apply per treatment, and so include cancelling, amending or rescheduling part of a booking for example, booking a full leg and bikini wax but only want bikini wax.

Cancellations, adjustments or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. If under 24 hours’ notice is given 50% of the treatment(s) fee will be chargeable, and will be taken off the debit or credit card held on file, or an invoice / payment link will be sent. In the event of “no show” 100% of the treatment(s) cost will be chargeable and again taken from the debit or credit card on file or a payment link or invoice will be sent.

It is important that you arrive at The Health & Wellbeing Suites reception 10mins prior (for single bookings) or 15 mins prior (for couples and group bookings) to your appointment time in order to complete consultation and get changed, otherwise treatment times may have to be altered in order for us to stay on schedule.

Arriving late for your appointment:
We will always try our best to accommodate if you are running late for your appointment, however this is not always possible without impacting on other appointments. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to cut your treatment short. Where this is not possible, we may need to reschedule all or part of your booking, and in this instance, our late cancellation charges of 100% per treatment will apply. 

Eden at South Lake reserves the right to refuse treatment to a client who has failed to advise us of any existing medical condition/conditions. The clients must ensure that they provide Eden at South Lake with any relevant medical history and/or pre-existing medical conditions before treatment is undertaken. Eden at South Lake will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury sustained, as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

We are able to offer selected relaxing treatments such as facials, massage, manicures and pedicures from 13 years+.  Please note for admission to the spa facilities you must be 16 years or over. Parental consent must be given in writing and parent or guardian must be present during treatment for those 16 years and under.

The Health & Wellbeing Suite includes use of a Sauna, Steam Room and Vitality Pool. We also have a Relaxation Lounge where complimentary refreshments are served after eligible treatments.

Appointments can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before treatment time, this can be done online via your customer account, on the Ovatu app, by phone call 02838331392 or via email info@edenbeautyni.co.uk.

Please note if in the event that under 24 hours’ notice is given of a cancellation or amendment a 50% charge will occur. If in the event of a “no-show” 100% of the treatment value will be chargeable.
